I am passionate about immigration law and fully dedicate my practice to U.S. immigration law.  I set out very deliberately to do this work, and I cannot imagine doing anything else.

My law firm is focused on providing dedicated, personalized attention to each client.  We are a small firm, and this is by design.  I will be accessible and present for the duration of your immigration case.

 

Some of my clients are coming to the United States for a temporary work assignment; some are newlyweds choosing to start their lives together in the U.S.; others left their home country many years ago to start over in the U.S.  I know that leaving the home and life you know is not an easy decision, and navigating U.S. immigration processes can be a stressful experience.

 

I also have extensive experience working with businesses of all sizes, colleges and universities, and other types of organizations, providing the counsel and support these organizations need to achieve their immigration goals.

I am skilled at explaining complicated immigration processes.  My goal is to make the immigration process as straightforward and easy to understand as possible.  I want my clients to feel well informed and comfortable making decisions that will affect their future.  I do the heavy lifting to prepare and file all necessary petitions and applications and navigate the relevant government agencies and systems.  I am a strong advocate for my clients.  I focus on achieving your desired outcome.

Prior to opening my law practice, I worked as an associate attorney at two local law firms that also specialize in U.S. immigration and nationality law.  I gained excellent experience and legal knowledge and learned valuable skills at both firms.  I am proud to be part of the immigration bar, an active community of attorneys who frequently assist one another and collectively work towards a society that better appreciates and welcomes immigrants.

Languages:

I am somewhat proficient in Spanish, and I have two excellent interpreters who assist me during my consultations and client appointments with Spanish speakers.  For other languages, I ask that you provide your own interpreter for consultations and client appointments.

 

Fee Information:

 

I charge $200 for a one-hour consultation.  In most cases, I then credit the $200 consultation fee towards your legal fees if you retain my firm for an immigration matter within 60 days of the consultation. 

 

I offer payment plans for most case types.  I believe hiring a skilled and reputable immigration attorney is in your best interest, and I try to make your financial investment manageable.
